Nestled between the famous Barossa Valley (20 min. drive) Clare Valley (50 min. drive) wine areas, Kapunda is the oldest mining town in Australia and offers many heritage opportunities to explore.
The Kui Parks member Kapunda Tourist and Leisure Park is located in a well shaded, quiet, peaceful central location, close to the main shopping area and Main Street. There is a large, clean amenities block, free gas barbecues and the park is adjacent to a fully grassed 18 tee/9 hole golf course.
As well as the cottages cabins, Kapunda Tourist and Leisure Park also has 42 powered sites and large open spaces (both grassed and bush setting), for unpowered camping.
Large motorhomes, and buses are welcome. Fires are allowed during non-fire ban days. Powered site $28 to $30 and Unpowered sites $22. Jayco ensuite cabins $85 to $115. Pets are welcome on campsites.
Guests can discover early relics at the Historical Museum or take a Heritage Walk through the War Nurses Memorial or play a round of golf, relax by the duck pond or simply enjoy a fine wine from Australia’s premier wine district while enjoying the serenity of our park.
