Lyndel Gray, CEO, CCIA NSW said today that: We had another hugely successful Supershow this year, the weather was favourable, and it coincided with the NSW school holidays, so we saw more young families turn out than in the past.
The 2015 Caravan, Camping Holiday Supershow was at Rosehill Racecourse from Saturday, April 11 to Sunday, April 19.
We still had plenty of the older market as well and more than 75,000 people passed through the gates over nine days. Its no surprise considering we showcase thousands of products from over 300 exhibitors, so we really do provide the most comprehensive range that makes it the perfect place to research, review, book and buy - and our visitors know that, she said.
Each year we offer great prizes in our Passport Competition and our lucky winner, Robert Healey from South West Sydney, will take home a brand new GL15 Glider by New Age with full annexe, valued at over $60,000. Congratulations Robert Healey.
Over the past few years we have worked to make sure the Supershow is accessible and easy to navigate, helping visitors to find exactly what they are after.
Visitors to the Supershow are now able to find similar products all in the same zone including Camper Trailers, Camping Accessories, Holiday Parks, Destinations Accessories, Motorhomes Fifth Wheelers and Caravans, Lyndel Gray said.
All the feedback we have had from visitors and exhibitors has been really positive and we will look at ways to further improve this concept for next years Supershow, which is on from 9-17 April, 2016, she said.
The 2015 Caravan, Camping Holiday Supershow at Rosehill Racecourse had a major safeguard built-in for potential product buyers.
In a word it is Compliance.
Industry leaders have a blueprint in place which excludes none compliant product. This protects buyers and defines quality product in Australia.
Lyndel Gray said that the caravan and camping industry is committed to quality compliant products, not just for NSW, but nationally.
