Shipping and Delivery Policy

Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

Customer Service Policy

Alex Beach Cabins and Tourist Park is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Our amendment and cancellation policies may vary depending on the dates of your reservation. Please refer to our Policy below for changing or cancelling your reservations:

Booking Amendment and Cancellation Policy for reservations made directly with our office or online on our website (other than for Groups**): www.alexbeach.com.au/groupbookings
If you need to change your reservation outside 48 hours of your stay, please contact our office and we will gladly assist you with this. If you are unsure of the dates for your alternative booking, we will hold a credit for you to be used within six (6) months.

If you need to change your reservation within 48 hours of your stay, unfortunately, you will forfeit your deposit. Please do not get upset with our Staff when they abide by this policy.

If you need to cancel your reservation outside 28 days of your stay, a $30 administration fee will apply. Our office will refund your deposit (less the $30 administration fee) the day the cancellation is made. However, it may take additional time for your bank to deposit these funds into your bank account.

If you need to cancel your reservation within 28 days of your stay, unfortunately you will forfeit your deposit.

Reservations booked through any Online Travel Agency (OTA), e.g. Booking.com or Expedia.com or their subsidiary companies:
For cancellations, please contact the OTA through which you made your reservation. Changes can be made to your reservation in accordance with the Alex Beach Cabins and Tourist Park Cancellation policy, however please note we have a No Refund policy for OTA reservations.

Changes to reservations made after Check-in:

Refunds will not be available if you reduce your length of stay or change your mind about staying with us due to bad weather. If you have a family emergency or medical emergency, we will offer a credit for your reservation if we are able to resell the accommodation site. Please do not be offended if our Staff ask you for proof of the medical emergency.
