Shipping and Delivery Policy

Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

Customer Service Policy

Snug Beach Cabin and Caravan Park is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Important Information - Please read carefully:

CIVIL LIABILITY ACT 2002, S49: The proprietor of Snug Beach Cabin & Caravan Park is not liable to make compensation in relation to the loss, destruction or damage of or to property brought to these premises by or on behalf of our guests unless such property has been lodged expressly for safe custody or has been lost, damaged or destroyed due to some negligence or deliberate or reckless act or default of the proprietor or an employee.

INDEMNITY. Guests staying at Snug Beach Cabin And Caravan Park take full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages incurred during their stay. Snug Beach Cabin And Caravan Park takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from accommodation or vehicles and suggests that guests securely lock their accommodation and/or vehicle when unoccupied.

PAYMENT. Payment is due on check-in, at which time full payment for each booking is required unless prior arrangement has been made for stays of two weeks or more. No refunds will be issued. Upon departure, any key deposits or other bonds paid are refunded to guests, provided the keys and/or hired items are returned in the same condition upon check out.

CANCELLATION and NON-ARRIVAL CHARGES. There is no charge for bookings cancelled more than two weeks before the arrival date. A $50 cancellation fee is charged for bookings cancelled two weeks or less before the arrival date; however, the quoted first night tariff will be charged for cancellations made within two days of the arrival date and for non-arrivals.

PRIVACY. Snug Beach Cabin And Caravan Park may sometimes mail or email marketing related information to customers, to keep them up to date with special offers, improvements, award wins, etc. The Management of Snug Beach Cabin And Caravan Park respects your privacy.
