Shipping and Delivery Policy

Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

Customer Service Policy

Discovery Parks - Lake Bonney is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

COVID 19 Declaration Required When Booking Accommodation

Thank you for your booking. We look forward to welcoming you soon. Due to current government travel restrictions, we are restricted to visitors from within South Australia while only essential travel visitors from other states will be allowed.
At Discovery Holiday Parks the safety and wellbeing of our employees, guests and contracted service providers is of the utmost priority. During this time, we ask that all people coming to our parks and places of business apply a high degree of responsibility and honesty to ensure we do our best in preventing the spread of the coronavirus. The required declaration is to be completed prior to each person being allowed to check-in to a park.
Health Declaration:
I confirm that, prior to arrival, I will ensure that this stay is permitted within the relevant Government COVID-19 travel restrictions.
I confirm that I (and anyone travelling with me) will adhere to social distancing measures, including those mandated by the relevant Governments in relation to gatherings.
I confirm that I will cancel this booking if I (or anyone travelling with me) is experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or has had any exposure to the virus.

Requirements for Social Distancing
To control the spread of the virus, it’s vital that we all apply social distancing practices. With most of our parks in regional areas with limited health infrastructure, many of which are asking visitors to stay away, we ask that respect the sensitivities and risks and remain within your accommodation as much as possible. The rules on ‘gatherings’ must be adhered to. This means, no more than ten people can congregate in public (i.e.: in the camp kitchen or in shared spaces).

We are here to support those that need us during this difficult time and are taking all possible steps to protect our guests and staff. Thank you for doing your part to prevent the spread of the virus.

Single booking cancellations: Where the booking is a single booking relating to only one on-site accommodation, and that booking is cancelled:
- 14 days or more prior to the arrival date, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less the tariff for
one night’s accommodation;
- less than 14 days prior to arrival, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less 25% of the total tariff
or the tariff for one night's accommodation, whichever is greater.

Group booking cancellations: Where the booking is a group booking which relates to two or more on-site accommodations, and that booking is cancelled:
- 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less the tariff for
one night's accommodation;
- less than 30 days prior to arrival, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less 25% of the total tariff
or the tariff for one night's accommodation, whichever is greater.

A booking may, subject to availability, be changed, however in such circumstances the tariff may change depending on the new booking period and a fee may apply in respect of the change. You may hold credit on your client account for up to 12 months.

No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once you or your party has arrived at the park.

Stricter cancellation conditions may apply for individual parks during their peak season. Refer to the terms and conditions outlined in your booking confirmation. Each online booking website has its own cancellation/refund policy that might also be relevant to the specific deal that is being offered - please check with the relevant website.
